SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order is carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure it arrives safely and on time. We offer flat-rate shipping on furniture, art, and mirrors, and shipping for smaller pieces is calculated based on size. To view your personalised rate for your area, simply head to the checkout with the item in your cart. Collection is also available from our Brisbane warehouse.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–4 business days.

Larger Items (Furniture, Mirrors & Art)
Delivery times for larger or bulkier items can vary based on your location, and our team will contact you to confirm the expected timeframe.
For interstate metro areas, delivery is often available within the week when orders are placed before our Thursday truck departures. Timing can vary depending on the delivery run, and rural or regional locations may require additional transit time. In South East Queensland (including Brisbane), we offer deliveries multiple times each week. Our delivery partners will contact you directly to advise your scheduled delivery day and time.
